What now?

I wondered how long it might take. I've been affected by a layoff. It looks as if I'll be laidoff April 3 and probably headed back to over the road trucking. Who would have seen this so soon. Whom I kidding, I saw this a couple of months ago.

I've put the game plan into drive. Let's see what happens.

Time for a change.

As the years have passed I've always been hopeful that the industry that I've put so much into has become something I've grown a severe distaste for. I guess what they say is true. Everything in life has it's season, and I guess that trucking for me has been a ten year season that is coming to an end. What will the new season hold? What else is there to do?

Thoughts for today

It seems like so much can change in a short time. Just a year ago I was at home on the road, but now I feel as if I don't belong there at all.
